With nearly 100 years of combined Entertainment Experience, Plus Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie Credentials and degrees in Art and Graphic Design, we figured we ought to have an outlet!
Welcome To BakerMadness!

Abbey Road? uh... Really?

BakerMadness is the brainchild of a Pastry Chef in Orlando Florida.
While searching the web for interesting baking shows, Chef Scott (aka the BakerMan) was disappointed. Not in the content, but in the lack of entertainment value.
So with the help of some friends, BakerMadness sprung to life. We started as a whacked out cooking and baking show, but soon found that we had many more resources, and avenues of sarcasm available to us! (Not to mention Sarcastic Friends…)
Our aim is to enlighten you in the ways of the Pastry Kitchen, and demonstrate that you needn’t be intimidated or nervous… Baking is fun, and even Flops are Delicious!

Unusual Suspects: Clint, Scott, John, Roy

Our Mission:
Total World Domination through Mind Controlling Pastries.
No… not really.
Our REAL mission is:
To entertain you. To teach you enough to have great confidence in the kitchen.
To partner with other great companies, artists, vendors, bloggers, and friends to provide a network of mutually beneficial relationships in business and in general.
To learn as we go. Let’s face it… nobody’s getting younger. Time is precious. We don’t know it all, but we know enough… Let’s get the Jam On It!
To sell BakerMadness as a venue for advertisement and product placement. To negotiate a network contract for BakerMadness.

BM "On the Run" Album

BakerMadness is:

CLINT NOLLE (Writer/Performer/Hans’ Personal Assistant)

Despite Clint being born and raised in Orlando and having a fulfilling dance career before spending twenty years with Disney, he still sometimes feels like a horrible, miserable failure. Clint is enjoying the success of BakerMadness and looks forward to working with Hans’ new dance troupe, Hans’ Fawns, as Principal Chore-armgrapher.

JOHN KLING (Co-creator/Writer/Props/Scenery/Electrics/Graphics)

John is an artist with works showing in several galleries. Born and Raised on an Indiana farm gives John his Can Do – How To attitude.  His sarcastic tones he picked up along the way. As an artist with credentials, John has an eye for detail and a passion for getting things done right. He often provides the duct tape that literally hold BM together.

SCOTT PERMAN (Creator/Writer/Performer/Chef)

Scott has traveled the United States and has had a vast and varied career, which tends to lean toward the performance arts. After a nearly 2 decade long engagement with the Walt Disney Company, Scott graduated from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute/Le Cordon Bleu in 2004. Since then he has returned to the Greater Orlando area, where the weather matches his clothes. Scott says, “I feel like Pastry is another type of performance. With all the planning, rehearsal, execution and sometimes nerves of steel that a Broadway Opening Night requires. Pastry can even tell a story! I am so grateful for the friends and family that help me reach my goals everyday. Thanks.”

Roy Louden (Director/Editor/Writer)

Roy has had a long career in audio, film and video stretching back to the 1970′s. Unfortunately, he has been disabled by the disease known as Scleroderma. Although he is no longer able to work in the mainstream, Roy does what he can with his Friends at BakerMadness. He strives to stay healthy until a treatment or cure is discovered. Roy says, “My spirituality, love of music, and sense of humor keep me strong, positive and happy. The filmmaker in me can’t leave before the end of the movie.”
